If the screens and oil are clean, the issue may be with a VANOS actuator, you'll want to check actual verse desired camshaft angle when the fault is present. Misfire thanks, If the oil is clean as are the solenoids, the issue may be faulty solenoids or VANOS actuators. Try cleaning and moving the VANOS solenoids bank to bank. P0016. I just replaced on my BMW 335i 2007 both vanos solenoids and camshaft sensors, because the engine light went on with the only code P0012 "A" camshaft position timing over retarded bank 1. Sounds like the intake VANOS is failing a test. DME intel camshaft position monitoring code 2AA4
So they said need new camshaft sensor so bought the sensor and box sensor and replaced car run fine for 6 days and I this message pops up again
